Group matwork classes are the best place to begin your Pilates journey. In a small group setting you will be guided through the basic principles of Pilates. Your teacher will lead you safely through an ever changing repertoire of exercises, providing modifications of difficulty according to your individual needs. At times you will use small equipment, such as resistance circles, toning balls, stability cushions, resistance bands and foam rollers to assist or challenge the body. Classes focus on strength and stability alongside a balance of mobilisation and flexibility. Classes are limited to 12 people to ensure you receive individual feedback each lesson.
